Following the success of the previous 4 day TA courses we relaunched the programme. The participants (which included a Deputy Head) felt the course was excellent for SENCo’s as well as Teaching Assistants.
This course is designed for staff to further develop their skills and knowledge working with a range of pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Challenging Behaviour.
The outcome of the 4 Day SEND Course is to develop staff knowledge and understanding of students to enable them to make progress across all areas.
